House Kilstrand

House Kilstrand is placed under pines directly on the water edge on Sävensee. From both bedrooms and the large living room you have an unobstructed view of the lake, over which the house is enthroned. The house is equipped with two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and sauna. The kitchen is integrated in the large living room. The whole house radiates coziness. The boat is located directly on the property, a small path leads down to the water. In sight, there is the sandy beach, which is unparalleled in the area. Especially for children it is well suited. Due to its size and length of 15 km, the lake has its own climate, sometimes lovely and mild, sometimes stormy and rough. The property is at the end of a small settlement. The houses nestle on one side of the path in the steep bay and on the other side of the forest provides protection. In summer, the sun rises on one side of the bay and at the other end under. If you want to vacation with friends, there is the possibility to rent the Strandstuga next door as well.

The house is suitable for four to five people, who can sleep in two bedrooms and on the sofa bed in the living room. A cot and high chair are available upon request. The sauna is located next to the bathroom and toilet. The house is equipped with a vacuum toilet. A washing machine is available. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher. The dining area is right by the window. There is fiber optics for internet and television in the house. A TV for streaming is also available. The parking space is right in front of the front door. There is a terrace along almost the entire length of the south side. If bed linen and towels are required, the price per person is 150 sec. 10 KW of electricity consumption per day is included in the rental price. Each additional KW is calculated as 3 seconds. Important: no foreign objects, such as: E.g. dental floss, hair, tampons are disposed of become! An electric grill is on the terrace. There is a fire pit in the garden. Our drinking water is of the best quality and comes from our own deep well. A rowing boat with life jackets is in the lake from April 30th to October 30th. An electric motor can be rented upon request. All additional options can be booked via the guest app. We would like to point out the possibility of receiving bread, eggs, jams and vegetables from our own production, depending on the season.

House Kilstrand can be reached as follows:

Gothenburg-Landvetter Airport (approx. 60 km away) RV 40 to Borås - in Borås RV 42 towards Trollhättan

Bus/train connections to Fristad, then 12 km bus on the 42, get off at Tämta kyrka. Or train to Vargårdå, about 20 km bus on the 42 towards Borås, bus station "Tämta kyrkan". We will help on weekends if we are on site.

By car from the south Varberg - Borås - 25 km well-developed country road RV 42 towards Trollhättan. Coming from the north: RV 20, Vårgårda exit towards Borås.

When you arrive in Tämta, turn towards UDDEN at the church. When you reach the lake, turn left onto Deragårdsvägen. The first facility on the right is Deragårdsvägen 85.
